The course will introduce key issues in e-governance, including digital government, data governance, and emerging AI-related policies. It also aims to build students’ AI literacy and critical understanding of the opportunities and challenges that digital technologies bring to governance. Through lectures, discussions, and research projects, students will develop the ability to conduct independent research, collaborate with peers, and critically analyze how digital technologies and policies shape government–citizen relationships, public services, and democratic participation.
