Organizational Behavior

This course aims to equip students with a conceptual and theoretical foundation for understanding employee behavior within organizations. Students will be introduced to fundamental concepts in organizational behavior, with a primary focus on enhancing their comprehension of individual and group dynamics in the workplace. The course provides the knowledge and skills necessary for diagnosing various behavioral situations and offers techniques for influencing and managing employee behavior to achieve both individual and organizational effectiveness.
